Refund policy

Please read before commitment. 

If your return is accepted under unique circumstances, TTC has up to 72 hours to refund the cost of the rental.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The rental of the inflatable nightclub, photo props, glam cube is a paid rental service. In the event a major problem, refunds can be assessed on a case by case basis. 

We provide excellent customer service. Every time. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do offer the exchange of the product purchased if the deposit has been paid. Please provide one week notice of change so we can ensure we don’t over book the planned date. 

Refunds

We will provide excellent set up/break down services at all costs. We do not offer refunds as our tents are rented per day/hourly. Cost of Rental is concluded after set up. 

A non-refundable charge of $100 will be needed to hold your requested date.
